Valid license & rating: holder of an EASA Part-FCL ATPL(A) or CPL(A)/IR, with the B737 300-900 type rating endorsed

Medical Certificate: A valid EASA Class 1 medical certificate

You can take an EASA LPC 3 months before the expiry date of your current rating and still retain the original expiry date

1.5 hours briefing, 2 hours as PF and up to 1 hour debriefing

Complimentary, to refresh and practise flows and procedures, you may use the B737-MAX cockpit procedure trainer at no additional cost, with unlimited access subject to availability.

SEP(land) skill test/proficiency check
Prerequisites revalidation

PPL(A) or higher, Class 1 or 2 Medical

12 hours of flight time in single-engine (single-pilot) aeroplane within the 12 months preceding the rating’s expiry date, including the following:

6 hours as pilot-in-command (PIC)

12 take-offs and landings
-
a training flight of at least 1 hour (or a maximum of three totalling 1 hour) with a FI or CRI. If you have already completed a proficiency check or skill test in another type or class of aeroplane, you will not have to complete this training flight
Revalidation
-
If you don't have the above flight experience, you'll have to do a proficiency check - revalidation with one of our FE's

You can take an EASA proficiency check 3 months before the expiry date of your current rating and still retain the original expiry date

the SEP is the only rating valid for 2 years
SKILL TEST: If you hold a CPL ME/IR and wish to obtain an SEP (Land) rating, please contact us for more information.

SE IR proficiency check
Prerequisites revalidation

PPL(A) or higher, Class 1 or 2 Medical. If you hold a Class 2 Medical, additional requirements apply for the IR

A Multi-Engine (ME) IR check covers the SE IR privileges, but not vice-versa
-
a valid SEP(land) rating with IR privileges
Revalidation

A proficiency check with an Instrument Rating examiner(IRE) is required - revalidation with one of our IRE's

You can take an EASA proficiency check 3 months before the expiry date of your current rating and still retain the original expiry date

ME IR proficiency check
Prerequisites revalidation

PPL(A) or higher, Class 1 or 2 Medical. If you hold a Class 2 Medical, additional requirements apply for the IR

Revalidation

A proficiency check with a Class Rating Examiner(CRE) is required

It is frequently combined with the MEP Class Rating proficiency check

Alternating revalidation: If the last revalidation was in a simulator, the next should be in the aircraft
